• You must attend a 90-100 minute presentation
• You must speak fluent English, Spanish, or Portuguese
• Married, or couples that can show proof of co-habitation. One individual in the couple must be between the ages of 23-70 with a valid photo ID or passport to qualify with a combined gross annual household income of $50,000
• Tennessee residents of Sevier or Cocke Counties do not qualify for this offer
• Must have spent prior night in a motel, hotel, resort, or condo, or vacation rental in the Smoky Mountain area and are not staying in a campground, driving an RV, or with family/friends
• You can't participate in the open house if you have toured a Westgate Resort within the past 6 months.  This offer open to all permanent residents and citizens of the US.  Not available to citizens and residents of some countries.
• There is a $20 reservation deposit required.  This deposit is FULLY REFUNDED to you at the completion of your tour  If you cancel for any reason, this deposit is FULLY refundable.
