Most people have a few questions or are hesitant when they hear TIMESHARE TOUR!  Like it's a big scary, high pressure sales pitch.

DON'T BE SCARED!

Timeshare, also referred to as vacation ownership, interval ownership and vacation clubs, remains the fastest-growing segment of the travel and tourism industry. With close to 5,000 resorts worldwide and global sales estimated at nearly $6 billion in 1997, timeshare is redefining consumer travel by setting higher standards in hospitality and revitalizing travel and leisure through new products and services.

The United States is the world leader in timesharing, with over 1,200 resorts and about 2 million owners. In 1997, U.S. timeshare sales increased by nearly 25 percent to $2.72 billion. Industry analysts expect the industry's average annual growth rate of 16 percent to continue at least through the year 2000. By comparison, net sales at Westgate Resorts have grown at an average of 34% annually over the past ten years - twice the industry average.

The combination of quality accommodations; the spaciousness, comfort and luxury features of suites; full-service resort amenities; and unparalleled flexibility available to consumers sets the timeshare product apart from all other travel and tourism products.

Perhaps the most popular feature of timeshare is the flexibility offered through the exchange opportunity. Exchange allows the purchaser of a vacation interest at one resort to exchange it for another week owned by someone else at another time or place. Timeshare resorts are affiliated with an exchange company that administers the exchange service. To date, over 10 million exchanges have been confirmed worldwide.

The resorts use your tour as their major form of advertising.  They know they don't have your business this year (you already HAVE a hotel) but they're hoping that you'll consider them for future vacations.

When you qualify to take a time-share tour you will:

1. Visit a beautiful vacation resort with a free HOT breakfast.

2. Enjoy a fun and informative tour of a the resort and all it's amenities.

3. Explore the possibilities of a resort stay on your next visit to Orlando.

4. Receive HUGE theme park ticket discounts and be finished with your tour to be there for the park opening.

All this for just 90 minutes of your time.

Common Questions and Answers

1. This sounds too good to be true...how can you give me free tickets and breakfast AND a tour of a great resort for free?  What's the catch?  Some hidden cost or obligation?
  * This is the ONLY advertising the resorts do so they spend their money wisely -  ON YOU!  The tickets and breakfast are all just ads....kind of like a 3D commercial.

* You will receive a written invitation with "NO COST OR OBLIGATION" clearly printed on it.

* They want people to be happy and recommend the tour to their friends and family.  Even if you elect not to purchase, your word of mouth advertising is important to the resort as you tell your friends about it.

2. Is this going to be some HIGH PRESSURE sales pitch?
  * Again, the resorts want you to be happy and consider them as a daily or weekly rental also, so they would not gain anything by making you unhappy with a high pressure pitch.

* We've been in this business for over 20 years, at the same location on HWY 192 in Kissimmee, and would not be able to continue if customers were not satisfied.

3. This is going to take ALL day, isn't it?  I want to go to the parks!
  * You will receive IN WRITING ON YOUR INVITATION that you will attend a 90-120 minute presentation INCLUDING a complimentary breakfast.

* The resort  is so busy that they are normally touring over 200 guests per day. This does not allow the representatives to spend more than the allotted time with guests who choose not to purchase during their visit. They will spend additional time with you if you are purchasing or have questions about the resort.

* The parks open at 9:00AM, you can begin your tour as early as 7:30AM, this will give you time to arrive when the gates open, and you will have already had your breakfast and be ready for a strong day.  And you don't have to stand in line for tickets, so that saves time also.  You'll have yours already.

* You don't have to visit the parks THAT day!  You could choose to visit the park at a later time or even at a later date.  Many guests choose this option.

4. Are these the same tickets that I would buy at the gate?
  * The resorts purchase their tickets directly from the area attractions and use the tickets as a "thank-you gift" for guests who tour their facilities.

* The tickets are the same as the gate tickets, unless they are a special promotional ticket that the park supplies only for timeshare guests, and those tickets usually  have added bonuses not found on a standard ticket (such as the extra day at Universal Studios for free).
